Hampton Court

Hampton Court

Designer: Gensler

When HRNCIR was brought on board to renovate the Hampton Court lobby and common areas, the building had numerous deferred maintenance items in need of repair. With a building’s lobby making the crucial first impact for employees and visitors alike, the asset manager was smart to call on HRNCIR to beautify the space. The dated millwork, stone wall, and floor finishes with brass accents throughout, were replaced with book matched quarter fumed Aspen paneled walls, coupled with fabric wrapped panels, laminated glass accents at the directory wall, new stainless finishes at the elevator frames, doors and call buttons and lanterns, new elevator cab finishes, natural stone floors, coffered gyp ceilings with light coves and recessed lighting. Extending the new finishes to elevator lobbies on the tenant floors and basement level public areas, transitioned the building and offered a sense of warmth for everyone who entered.
