There really is no place like home, so we took extra special care when completing our new HRNCIR HQ in Uptown Dallas at Regency Plaza. We needed a space that fostered our collaborative team spirit but also gave our team the solitary space to complete individual tasks. To keep the open office concept, we used DIRTT demountable glass office fronts to close off private perimeter offices. The overall aesthetic of the space is crisp and clean with nods to industrial elements like concrete beams and exposed HVAC ducts in the break area. To break up the white, we added in pops of our signature HRNCIR gold—a testament to our emphasis on winning. The HRNCIR office features an entry off the elevator lobby with open break area, exposed plenum and polished concrete floors, large conference and training room, pre-construction “War Room”, and flex touchdown stations.
