International Leadership of Texas chose HRNCIR to execute 4 floors of their headquarters in Richardson. Partnered with Perkins + Will, the team was able to deliver a beautiful and functional space for administration and executives. The updated space includes a cafe, podcast room including green screen, energetic lobby, open concept collaboration area, executive offices, private offices, and training rooms. When a project is located in an older building, there are always unforeseen challenges. In this case, we had to work through existing problems with HVAC systems, chillers, and a structural slab that the team was not aware. Working alongside our design partner, we were able to mitigate delays to the construction schedule and produce a less costly solution for our client. With our superintendent’s quick thinking and effective communication, we were able to execute and achieve the original design intent.
