To encourage greater accessibility among employees, L&B Realty wanted to add break rooms, collaboration areas, and open workstations to their space. By creating open collaboration areas and a hospitality suite off reception, employees now have a variety of options to gather for meetings, socialize, or use as additional workspace. With access to natural daylight as an important design goal, offices and workstations were strategically located to maximize daylight for all employees. Nestled into the Park Cities neighborhood, the space overlooks Southern Methodist University's campus and offers a direct view of the Downtown Dallas skyline. The space, designed by Gensler, was planned to ensure that the reception and hospitality suite retained these premiere views. HRNCIR completed demolition and rebuild of this two-floor office suite at Premier Place to feature high end finishes with sealed polished concrete floors, open plenum ceilings, all glass executive offices, open seating environments, breakroom, workrooms, conference rooms, and restrooms.
