Neighborly, a Waco-based home services company, chose HRNCIR as construction partner to open their second headquarters in Irving. Although Neighborly is the world’s largest home services company with more than 30 brands and 5,000 franchises spread over six countries, the goal of their second headquarters was to make the space feel collective and unified across all brands. During the construction process, HRNCIR was able to create value and maintain budget while delivering a quality project on schedule.
