New to the Dallas area, Roofstock was looking to create an office that represented the national brand while embracing the regional style and aesthetic of its downtown Dallas neighborhood. As a company that provides a trading platform for investors to buy property online and trade with other investors, “curb appeal” was essential in the office design. Roofstock wanted a fun atmosphere that doubled as a cohesive working environment, and HRNCIR delivered. Notable design features include intricate millwork, faux wood beams, brick, wood and shingle siding, and concrete floors. Freestanding Gable-Style rooftops were incorporated into the space, including the booths in the break area, as a nod to the company’s namesake. One of the key features of the design is a speakeasy camouflaged behind a customized bookcase adjacent to a large conference room. To bring this unique vision to life, HRNCIR collaborated with the architect and millwork expert to create a clear direction for the project and the execution was flawless.
