HRNCIR was able to help Witherlite Law Group on a second project for their newly established Fort Worth office. Incorporated elements of the historic building with new finishes to create a modern law firm environment with an old Fort Worth feel. The building has an open-plenum design with exposed spiral ductwork, giving it a warm look. There are offices and meeting rooms, as well as bathrooms available for guests and employees. Steel frames let in plenty of natural light from outside. The space includes the original wooden ceiling elements, historic brick, and structural timbers along with other historic features.
