The owners of Dallas Auction Galleries had acquired the buildings on the south side of Monitor Street to Wycliff Avenue. After hiring an architect to redesign the exterior endcap buildings at 1231 Wycliff, HRNCIR renovated and converted the endcap that bordered the Trinity Strand Trail into an upgraded shell retail space. The project included demolition of the existing façade, installation of new store front and overhead doors and a continuous ACM canopies & fascia, demo and white box of the interior spaces and new electrical and sewer service with separate metering to the two new shell spaces. Following the completion of the 1231 Wycliff project, HRNCIR was provided an architect’s rendering for renovations to the building fronts, stairs, ramps and railing systems down the entire street, from 2223 Monitor Street to 2241 Monitor Street.
