Brandon began his commercial construction career in 2010 as an assistant estimator with a Federal Government Contractor in San Antonio. Learning from from the best of the best, Brandon quickly advanced to estimator, gaining invaluable experience in building conceptual budgets and estimates for complex government projects across the US and around the world ranging from $4-25M.
Returning home to Lubbock, TX, Brandon worked for a local design-build general contractor where he applied his two-dimensional construction knowledge to building commercial projects as a superintendent, and ultimately a project manager. He developed a wide array of experience through estimating and managing new construction and renovation projects ranging from office buildings to public libraries, retail stores, sports facilities, car dealerships, and grocery stores. Transitioning to the DFW market in 2013, Brandon quickly adapted to the fast-track commercial interiors world. Brandon honed his skills and abilities to aggressively drive the preconstruction and construction process for multiple tenant improvement projects in Class A office buildings in the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
Brandon is a proven winner, leader and relationship builder with the ability to forecast and work through challenges on each individual project. A partner with Hrncir since 2015, Brandon now leads the company’s preconstruction efforts and oversees construction operations.
