Jacob McMillan

Jacob began his commercial construction career as a Superintendent for an established commercial interiors general contractor in Dallas. Soon thereafter, he transitioned to the core and shell side of the business as an Assistant Project Manager and ultimately a Project Manager for two larger regional general contractors. As a graduate of the University of Tennessee, much of Jacob’s early experience was in new tilt wall shell construction and retail centers. Six years into his commercial construction career, HRNCIR recognized the varied experience that Jacob offered and recruited him as a Senior Project Manager and Estimator.  

Now with more than a decade of experience, Jacob excels at both large-scale new construction projects, additions, and renovations while also seamlessly segueing into the world of fast-track commercial tenant and capital improvements projects. Regardless of the project type, Jacob’s systematic approach remains unchanged, striving to achieve the desired intent while creating an enjoyable experience for tenants, owners, and design teams alike. Jacob’s leadership and mentorship to others is crucial to the continued growth and success of HRNCIR Construction.
