Pat Hrncir

With over three decades of commercial construction experience in DFW and across Texas, Pat fulfilled a dream to create his own unique brand founded upon integrity, a genuine care and concern for the varied needs of his clients, his employees, and their families.  

Prior to establishing HRNCIR Construction in 2013, Pat worked his way from superintendent, business developer, project manager, and estimator, to a Texas division manager and President of a regional general contractor. His expertise includes corporate workspaces, law firms, hotels, restaurants, call centers, data centers, light industrial manufacturing/assembly/distribution, and capital improvement projects.  

At HRNCIR, Pat continues to be heavily involved in the preconstruction process, serving as project executive for key projects, and providing the strategic direction for the company. Throughout his career, Pat has nurtured his valued relationships and developed a keen insight to the needs and expectations of commercial real estate professionals, architects, designers, consultants, and clients served. His experience and knowledge of commercial construction prepared him well in surrounding himself with top-notch construction talent and subcontractor relationships that have consistently delivered projects of the highest quality and within time frames and budgets demanded in a fast-paced and competitive market.  

Pat is a graduate of Texas Tech University and is an active member of Salesmanship Club of Dallas, The Real Estate Council, Highland Park Sports Club Board, and serves on the Texas Tech Rawls College of Business Advisory Council.
