A PEOPLE-FIRST FOUNDATION
HRNCIR was founded in 2013 with a clear vision: do right by people, and the rest will follow. With decades of commercial construction experience behind him, Pat Hrncir set out to build a company grounded in integrity, unity, and an unrelenting commitment to quality. That same foundation still defines us today: take care of our people so they can take great care of the work and clients we're proud to serve.
CULTURE
We don’t take shortcuts on our jobs or in how we show up for each other. At HRNCIR, culture means care. We pitch in when someone needs help, celebrate wins big and small, and hold each other accountable for doing things right. Our team is tight-knit, hardworking, and proud to be consistently named one of Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work year after year. That’s no accident, it’s the result of building a workplace where people feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger. As our beloved late Superintendent Bruce Dalton would say, “You just have to care.”
COMMUNITY
HRNCIR believes in supporting the communities where we live and work. Whether we’re renovating the church where our building security guard preaches on Sundays, rolling up our sleeves at a charity event, or sponsoring causes close to our hearts, we show up with purpose. Our people are deeply connected to North and Central Texas and we’re proud to support the organizations and communities that support us. Giving back in a meaningful way is an important part of our foundation and how we continue to grow stronger, together.
