Fischer & Co. is a leading global corporate real estate firm offering consulting, brokerage, and technology solutions to clients around the world. When relocating their headquarters, they partnered with Interprise Design and HRNCIR to create a space that reflects the professionalism and precision of their work.
The design called for clean lines and cohesive finishes throughout the space. Glass, stone tile, and millwork were used strategically to bring continuity to each area, from reception and breakrooms to the tenant lounge. Millwork became a defining feature, offering warmth and structure in both shared and private spaces.
The result is a sophisticated yet approachable workplace that feels intentional and elevated. Built with everyday function in mind, the space balances polish with comfort, offering Fischer’s team a headquarters that supports their work at every level.
