GFF confirms HQ move to larger office in Victory Park

GFF has officially opened its new 35,416-square-foot headquarters in Victory Park, occupying the top two floors of the East Plaza building at 3030 Nowitzki Way. The move brings the Dallas-based architecture firm into a modern, light-filled workspace designed to support collaboration and reflect the firm’s integrated design culture.

Built by HRNCIR Construction, the office finish-out was delivered alongside building-wide amenity upgrades led by owner Asana Partners. The new headquarters positions GFF in the heart of Victory Park, offering proximity to downtown Dallas while anchoring the firm in one of the city’s most dynamic mixed-use districts.

The project was recently featured by Dallas Business Journal, highlighting the firm’s expansion and continued investment in its workplace environment. HRNCIR worked closely with the GFF team to execute a refined interior that balances open collaboration, focused work areas, and elevated finishes—supporting the way the firm designs, works, and connects as a team.
