Lincoln Property Company tapped HRNCIR to complete a series of capital improvements at 190 Office Center, a Class A office asset with prime frontage along Highway 190 in Richardson. Built in the early 2000s, the property was due for a thoughtful refresh to enhance its appeal and marketability to prospective tenants.
The renovation focused on high-impact shared spaces including the lobby, gym, conference center, café, and an all-new outdoor patio with a shaded pergola. These updates modernized the look and feel of the property while creating moments of hospitality throughout the tenant experience.
By enhancing amenities and functionality, the project succeeded in reenergizing the building and supporting leasing goals. Project management was led by JLL, with ENTOS Design delivering a clean and contemporary vision that aligns with today’s tenant expectations.
