Arm Candy’s new headquarters at The Epic in Deep Ellum reflect everything the agency stands for: bold ideas, vibrant energy, and a collaborative spirit. HRNCIR Construction served as general contractor for the 6,497-square-foot space, working alongside Perkins&Will to bring this colorful vision to life.
Exposed concrete ceilings, layered acoustics, and graphic glass walls set the tone for a flexible, open office that balances creativity with clarity. From the vivid meeting rooms to the relaxed breakout areas and custom café bar, every detail was designed to support teamwork, focus, and flow.
The terrazzo island in the café is a standout, flanked by skyline views and finished with rich textures and architectural lighting. The space elevates everyday work while staying true to the agency’s personality: strategic, expressive, and never boring.
