HRNCIR Construction served as general contractor for Montgomery Street Partners’ 9,500-square-foot office at 2801 N Harwood Street. Designed by Corgan and managed by Avison Young, the project brought to life a polished new home for the Dallas-based real estate investment firm.
Set high above the city with floor-to-ceiling views, the office pairs elegant materials— warm woods, rich textures, and sculptural lighting—with spaces built for productivity. Open work areas, private offices, and layered collaboration zones all flow naturally, offering room for focus, conversation, and client-facing moments alike.
From the refined finishes to the clean-lined millwork, this build demanded tight coordination and a sharp eye. Working alongside Corgan and Avison Young, we delivered a workplace that reflects MSP’s approach: thoughtful, focused, and timeless.
