After first completing their Dallas office in 2014, HRNCIR returned in 2019 to remodel this space for a more modern and collaborative work experience. The client, a national employment agency, wanted to move beyond a standardized layout and instead focus on connection, flexibility, and natural light.

The call center combines spaces for focused work and casual collaboration, anchored by a breakroom that feels both open and intimate. A full-height wood wall system adds warmth and contrast, while sound-absorbing ceiling beams help define the space. Lighting was key: specialty pendant fixtures were suspended between custom ceiling blades and perfectly aligned with patterned LVT strips for a tailored, architectural look.

To improve the feel of the entire space, a curved window was opened to create perimeter glass, filling the office with natural light. The remodel was completed in four phases during regular business hours, with careful coordination by HRNCIR and trusted trade partners to minimize disruption and maximize client satisfaction.
