Since 2014, HRNCIR Construction has partnered with this client on multiple projects in DFW, including an office in Addison and two phases of work in Dallas. The client, a national employment agency, sought spaces that reflect their evolving workplace model and support a high-performance, collaborative team.

The most recent Dallas remodel prioritized connection, flexibility, and access to natural light. The call center was redesigned to balance focused work with informal collaboration, anchored by a breakroom that feels both open and intimate. Warm wood walls and sound-absorbing ceiling beams bring dimension to the space, while specialty pendant lighting, suspended between custom blades, aligns perfectly with patterned flooring for a clean, tailored effect.

The remodel, completed in four phases during business hours, required careful coordination between HRNCIR, Interprise, and trusted trade partners. Today, the Dallas and Addison offices reflect Robert Half’s brand evolution and growing presence in the region and the strength of a long-standing construction partnership.
