Located at The Star in Frisco, home to the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters, ESRP (now Cresa’s) office was designed to reflect both professionalism and personality. The layout prioritizes openness and light with floor-to-ceiling glass and polished concrete floors creating a modern, streamlined environment. Sleek finishes complement the energy of the location while setting the tone for focused work and dynamic meetings.

To bring the company’s culture to life, the design team introduced a hospitality-driven breakroom tailored for entertaining. Built to host Monday Night Football watch parties, the space includes a custom acoustical ceiling to manage sound and add visual interest. Lounge seating, bar-height tables, and a full kitchen make it feel more like a modern social club than a traditional break area.

HRNCIR partnered closely with HKS, Inc. to deliver this 10,560-square-foot office with precision and polish. From reception to the boardroom, the result is a space that feels as sharp and confident as the commercial real estate company it represents.
