WhiteStar Asset Management, a Dallas-based credit-focused investment management firm, selected HRNCIR to deliver their 6,304-square-foot space at The Crescent. Designed by Page, the layout includes a reception area, executive conference room, trading floor, open-plan kitchen, and breakout spaces.
To meet the design intent, HRNCIR installed solid ¾” red oak flooring and suspended wood linear fixtures throughout the reception and conference areas. High-end finishes, thoughtful detailing, and a seamless transition between public and private areas reflect the firm’s elevated brand.
Despite material delays, the project was completed ahead of schedule. WhiteStar has since engaged HRNCIR to remodel the space— further testament to a strong, ongoing relationship.
