GFF, a top-tier architecture firm based in Dallas, selected HRNCIR to build out their striking new headquarters in Victory Park. HRNCIR was tasked to bring a space designed by and for designers to life. The renovation involved refinement and restraint with minimal demolition, intentional reuse, and precise execution of the firm’s vision.
Curved walls and layered materials flow throughout the studio space, uniting teams in an open, collaborative environment. A dramatic central stair links reception and a shared work lounge to upper-level conferencing suites. Biophilic installations and sculptural lighting add warmth and soften the space’s edges.
The project’s high-end finishes and complex geometry demanded expert coordination between GFF, the HRNCIR project team, and our trade partners. Thoughtful design and meticulous attention to detail led to a beautiful, functional, inspiring, finished workplace.
