This headquarters renovation serves both Randa Apparel & Accessories, a global leader in lifestyle apparel, and Haggar, the iconic menswear brand it acquired in 2019. The design honors each name’s legacy while promoting a unified brand culture. OTJ designed a space that reflects Randa’s evolving family of brands, supports collaboration, and enhances the visitor experience through refined, retail-inspired detailing.

Working closely with OTJ, HRNCIR helped bring the vision to life, navigating detailed installation requirements, including recessed lighting within baffled ceilings and demountable partitions with precise dimensions. Our team also resolved ceiling conflicts involving existing mechanical, plumbing, and fire suppression lines, relocating several systems to preserve both performance and visual clarity.

The result is a space that showcases both brands with intention from the custom showroom and layered lighting to the seamless integration of high-end finishes. Built to reflect heritage while supporting future growth, the environment balances polish with practicality, reinforcing Randa’s commitment to quality and innovation in clothing and accessories.
