Parmenter Realty Partners selected HRNCIR to complete their office build-out in Irving, TX. The space was designed to reflect the firm's professionalism and long-standing presence in the commercial real estate world.
The project included the construction of private offices, conference rooms, and common areas, with a focus on refined details and lighting integration. Warm wood tones and elliptical ceiling elements added contrast to the otherwise clean, neutral palette.
Subtle design moves, like recessed lighting and custom millwork, helped soften the formality of the space while supporting the daily needs of the Parmenter team. The finished space is polished, welcoming, and built to last.
