When Republic Finance made the move from Baton Rouge to Plano, they sought a space that could support long-term growth while creating a warm, people-centric environment. HRNCIR was brought on to build out their new 53,931-square-foot, four-story headquarters, including executive offices, conference rooms, collaborative areas, and client-facing zones. The fourth floor features ten private offices, a large boardroom, and a breakroom with faux wood ceiling beams, complemented by 10-foot glass office fronts and prefinished Tectum ceilings for visual and acoustic comfort.
The first floor houses an open workstation layout, breakout rooms, and a vibrant café that opens to a landscaped outdoor space. The second floor includes assembly rooms for training and client services, and is anchored by a monumental staircase modeled after wood bleachers—a sculptural element that doubles as touchdown seating and links the workplace vertically. Two atrium openings enhance the spatial flow and allow natural light to carry through all levels.
Throughout the space, materials like high-end Woodwright millwork and glass-enclosed rooms reflect a balance of privacy and openness. With HRNCIR’s precise execution of the architect’s vision, Republic Finance now has a headquarters that blends elevated design with functionality, welcoming employees and clients into a space that’s built for both focus and connection.
