Neighborly, the Waco-based parent company behind more than 30 home service brands, first partnered with HRNCIR in 2020 to build out a 34,000 SF second headquarters in Irving. The success of that initial phase led to a second engagement shortly after—adding 13,438 SF of additional workspace and amenities.

Together with IA Interior Architects and Avison Young, we delivered a modern, brand-forward environment designed to foster collaboration and connection across all business units. The space features inviting lounges, breakout zones, sleek conference rooms, and a vibrant café, balancing comfort with functionality and capturing the ethos of Neighborly’s service-first culture.

Being brought back to expand the space speaks volumes about the relationship we built and the quality of our work. Across both phases, HRNCIR remained focused on delivering value, maintaining the schedule, and helping Neighborly create a space where every brand feels at home.
