WHITE ROCK COFFEE

Located in the heart of Rosewood Court, White Rock Coffee brings a local favorite to one of Uptown’s most prominent office towers. HRNCIR Construction served as general contractor for the 957-square-foot build, delivering a refined, high-performance space that’s as functional as it is welcoming.

Designed by ENTOS, the café features a poured terrazzo island, sealed concrete floors, and sweeping views of downtown Dallas. A central conference room anchors the footprint, enclosed in 10-foot glass walls with u-channel frames and softened by fabric acoustic panels, creating a space that’s both modern and comfortable.

Though compact, the café plays a major role in the building’s daily rhythm, serving as a hub for tenants, guests, and the broader community. This project demonstrates how smart design and precise construction can transform even modest square footage into a powerful amenity.
