Neighborly Selects HRNCIR for Second Headquarters in Irving
In late 2020, Neighborly, the Waco-based parent company behind more than 30 home service brands, announced the opening of a second headquarters in Irving, Texas. HRNCIR was selected as the construction partner to bring the 34,000-square-foot space to life.
Partnering with IA Interior Architects and Avison Young, our team delivered a modern, collaborative environment designed to reflect Neighborly’s growing national presence and community-focused values. The workplace features inviting lounges, flexible conference spaces, breakout zones, and a vibrant café to bring teams together across business lines.
The project also marked the first collaboration between Neighborly and HRNCIR, and it wouldn't be the last. Our continued partnership and eventual expansion of the Irving office speak to the strength of the relationship and the teams behind it.
