West Coast University Opens New Campus in Richardson
West Coast University celebrated the grand opening of its newest campus in Richardson, Texas, with a ribbon-cutting event attended by over 600 guests, including First Lady of Texas Cecilia Abbott. The new 165,000-square-foot campus is designed to train the next generation of healthcare professionals, and HRNCIR was proud to deliver the full interior build-out through the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
About the Project:
HRNCIR served as the interior general contractor for the multi-story WCU-Texas campus, delivering over 165,000 square feet of specialized space. The project included simulation labs, exam rooms, a skills lab, administrative and faculty offices, and collaborative student areas, all built to support a hands-on, high-tech educational environment for healthcare students.
Executed under strict health protocols and ongoing material disruptions, the project required agile coordination, detailed planning, and tight schedule control. Our team rose to the challenge, delivering a state-of-the-art facility that now supports more than 100,000 annual clinical training hours for students in the DFW area.
