CEC, a full-service MEP and technology contractor, has completed its new Career & Technology Center with HRNCIR serving as the interior general contractor. This 33,000-square-foot facility is dedicated to advancing workforce development. Located at the intersection of Bear Creek Court and Valley View Drive, the new center serves as a hub for CEC’s training initiatives and long-term talent pipeline.
The facility includes a 100-person auditorium, multiple classrooms, hands-on training stations, and advanced technology labs, providing an immersive environment for both field and office instruction. The design supports CEC University’s mission to offer robust continuing education and upskilling opportunities across the company.
In addition to its educational purpose, the building brings together key departments including HR, project controls, BIM/VDC, and prefabrication. With more space and upgraded infrastructure, the prefabrication team is better equipped to support jobsite operations, driving efficiency and elevating project outcomes.
