E4D Technologies, a high-tech medical manufacturing company, partnered with HRNCIR to build out a first-generation headquarters aligned with their mission of “People-Focused Technology Innovation.” Located in a warehouse office shell, the space needed to accommodate flexible systems while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
The project included custom infrastructure solutions,such as powered movable furniture, compressed air piping, and a grid-based system to support future telecom and electrical needs,designed to keep the space agile as the company grows. Glass office fronts and collaborative lounge areas foster openness while meeting functional production needs.
With Page as the design partner, the 41,196-square-foot build was completed in just seven months, balancing technical requirements with budget-conscious execution to create a best-in-class facility.
