Altruist, a rapidly growing digital brokerage platform for RIAs based in Culver City, CA, picked 300 Pearl as the home for its dynamic new Dallas office. They needed a centrally located space to accommodate a growing company in a new region. They selected HRNCIR as the general contractor for the project. Expertly designed by ENTOS and managed by Todd Interests, the vision for the space was grounded in contrast: raw industrial bones made modern and refined through detail, finish, and flow.
The space features high ceilings, exposed mechanicals, and polished concrete floors, softened by warm wood finishes, custom oak slat walls, and plush seating throughout. Acoustic Arktura baffles in the breakroom and felt slats in the conference areas were installed to minimize sound in the open-concept layout, while feature lighting was used to create visual rhythm and define zones without partitions.
HRNCIR completed the original 12,000-square-foot buildout in 2023 and was brought back in 2024 to deliver a seamless 12,100-square-foot expansion. The finished office includes collaborative lounges, floating phone rooms, a quartz and oak reception desk, and a view-filled café-style breakroom. This project reflects the strength of our ongoing relationship with the client, the design team, and the building.
