Tolleson Wealth Management partnered with Gensler and HRNCIR to renovate their Highland Park office at 5500 Preston Road, a Mediterranean-style building overlooking Highland Park Village and Dallas Country Club. CBRE led project management, coordinating efforts to enhance all client-facing areas and reflect the firm’s identity.
Natural light from the building’s signature three-story atrium was a key driver of the design. Gensler’s plans used it to full effect, opening up the reception area and conference spaces with warm wood, layered lighting, and timeless finishes. The new central café brings function and elegance together, with custom millwork, sculptural fixtures, and bold tilework as focal points.
While the layout was thoughtfully modernized, HRNCIR retained most existing walls to maintain efficiency. The result is a warm, welcoming office that reflects Tolleson’s commitment to quality and hospitality for both clients and employees.
