Arctos Sports Partners is a Dallas-based private equity firm focused on professional sports and franchise ownership. For their new headquarters at the newly developed Weir’s Plaza, a modern, high-design building in the heart of Knox District, they needed a space that reflected sharp strategy and their distinct sense of style. HRNCIR Construction and SHM Architects were selected to bring their vision to life.

Originally spanning over 11,000 square feet, the Arctos office was later expanded by an additional 3,000 square feet to accommodate continued growth. The design pairs clean architecture with personality-rich elements: moody materials, layered textures, bold acoustic treatments, and curated moments of color. The result is a space that feels elevated without being overdone.

From the sculptural ceiling grid to the playful ping-pong-ready conference table, every detail is intentional. Whether hosting partners or building culture internally, Arctos’ office delivers on function, design, and brand.
