When Westdale relocated their headquarters to The Epic in Deep Ellum, they brought in HRNCIR to build the space. As a national commercial and multifamily real estate company, Westdale wanted a workplace that reflected both professionalism and warmth—offering space for focused work, collaboration, and hospitality.

Delivered in multiple phases, the 39,593 SF office was built on an accelerated schedule and included complex program elements across two floors. A central stair connects the levels, leading to a communal kitchen on the 16th floor with sweeping views of Dallas. Throughout the space, glass-fronted offices and meeting rooms bring natural light into the core, while finishes like polished concrete, warm woods, and marble add understated refinement. A telescoping wall in the boardroom and custom Muraflex office fronts allow for privacy and flexibility as needed.

From executive suites to collaborative hubs, HRNCIR worked closely with Perkins&Will to deliver a headquarters tailored to how Westdale works day in and day out.
