Blackhill Partners, a Dallas-based investment banking firm since acquired by Stephens Inc., engaged HRNCIR to construct their 5,800-square-foot office directly above an active building lobby— an unusual condition that required thoughtful coordination and creative problem-solving from day one.
To minimize disruption below, our team avoided coring by running conduit beneath the carpet and installed a sump pump to accommodate plumbing needs. Every technical challenge was met with a tailored solution that preserved both the design intent and functionality of the space.
The resulting interior is refined and contemporary, with crisp white stone flooring, glass office fronts, and carefully layered lighting. Polished finishes and sculptural furniture give the space a clean, elevated feel complementing the firm's sophisticated brand and discreet presence.
