L&B Realty Advisors partnered with HRNCIR to reimagine their Dallas office as a brighter, more connected workspace. The renovation focused on enhancing visibility and access across departments with the addition of open workstations, collaborative breakouts, and a hospitality suite for guests.
The design, led by Gensler and managed by CBRE, prioritized natural light and city views. Offices and workspaces were positioned to take full advantage of the surrounding skyline and Park Cities location, with direct lines of sight to SMU and Downtown Dallas.
Across two full floors, the HRNCIR team delivered a clean, modern interior that balances privacy and openness. All-glass executive offices, polished concrete floors, and open ceilings give the space a refined yet energetic feel, matching the firm’s dynamic approach to real estate investment.
