Compass Southlake

As Compass continued its rapid expansion across the DFW area, the real estate leader tapped HRNCIR to bring its Southlake location to life. The new office needed to reflect the national brand while feeling tailored to the local market: welcoming, functional, and polished.

Designed by Vocon Partners, the space balances simplicity and elegance. A classic black-and-white palette anchors the design, with sealed concrete floors and a clean open ceiling. Black aluminum storefront systems border both interior and exterior offices, creating a light-filled, transparent environment that encourages collaboration.

To support the open layout, HRNCIR installed linear lighting throughout the ceiling to accentuate both natural and ambient light. The result is a clean, elevated space that supports productivity while remaining true to Compass’s modern aesthetic.
