INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF TEXAS

International Leadership of Texas (ILTexas) partnered with HRNCIR to build out four floors of their administrative headquarters in Richardson. Working alongside Perkins&Will, the project aimed to create a vibrant, modern environment that would serve both executive functions and day-to-day operations for this growing public charter school system.

The completed space includes a bright, welcoming lobby, café, podcast studio with green screen, training rooms, and a variety of open and closed collaboration areas. Layered textures, fresh color, and smart zoning bring warmth and energy to the workplace while supporting a wide range of workstyles. Each floor balances function and personality, designed to reflect the culture of ILTexas while supporting flexibility.

As is often the case in older buildings, construction came with surprises. From unknown conditions with the structural slab to issues with the existing chillers and HVAC systems. Our team worked closely with the design team to resolve challenges quickly and creatively, minimizing impact on the timeline and budget. With consistent communication and thoughtful field coordination, we delivered a space that honored the original design intent and serves ILTexas well today.
