HRNCIR Construction was entrusted with building out Tolleson Wealth Management’s new University Park offices and bank branch at 8111 Douglas Avenue in University Park, one of Dallas’s newest luxury mixed-use developments. The new spaces, designed by Gensler, reflect Tolleson’s longstanding reputation for excellence, balancing hospitality, privacy, and sophistication.
Designed with both clients and employees in mind, the layout includes a welcoming reception area, flexible conference rooms, and elegant lounge spaces. Warm wood tones, natural light, and high-end finishes establish a sense of calm and confidence throughout the office. Carefully integrated technology supports daily operations while maintaining a seamless aesthetic.
CBRE served as the project manager, helping oversee a smooth delivery from start to finish. The result is a polished, modern headquarters that honors Tolleson’s heritage while supporting its continued growth in the heart of the Park Cities.
